At Triara Jewels, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy. Please review the guidelines below:

 
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

The product should not show any signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

 
Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces).

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout.

 
How to Return

Contact Us: Email us at triarafinejewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will review your request and send you return instructions along with a return authorization.

Pack the Item: Ensure the jewelry is securely packed in its original packaging or a safe alternative to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your product for another design, we will assist you once we receive the returned item. Any price difference or shipping charges will apply. The new product will be delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.

 
Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, an unboxing video is mandatory for processing your claim. The video should clearly capture the condition of the product upon opening, including packaging and visible damage.

Claim Timeline: Submit your unboxing video and claim within 48 hours of delivery for a smooth return or replacement process.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged during shipping, we will cover return shipping costs, and a replacement will be delivered within 5–6 business days.
